People vision and people strategy

Through our People Vision and People Strategy we aim to ensure that our business is successful today as well as in the future.

Amer Sports’ People Vision emphasizes that our passion and professionalism produces great performance and business success. The key drivers are ensuring and enabling Great Leaders who enable Great People performance, positioning the right people in the right places in the right roles, and believing that proud people perform.

Amer Sports’ People Strategy is designed to support the corporate strategy and strategic business initiatives and focus areas. The People Strategy goals are set for each strategic period and in this period the focus is on:

Building capabilities and fostering resource fluidity
Enhancing strong performance culture and refining total rewarding programs
Leveraging strong HR partnership and nourishing engagement.

The People Strategy goals have been further defined to consist of ten separate building blocks, which all outline an important development area for Amer Sports. Each building block is designed to consist of key projects and global people processes that support the business from the people’s perspective.
