We enable business success.” The Human Resources function drives the use of Amer Sports people processes and tools and supports the capability building of the organization as well as ensures professional and effective people management.

We have global Human Resources organization with clear roles and responsibilities and operational model. The operational model consists of a regular people actions cycle and common People Key Performance Indicators. The purpose is to add value to local level people management by focusing on needed actions, to share information on people matters, to support decision making and to strengthen the common way of working.
