In order to succeed as a company in a competitive environment it requires continuous improvement. Performance Management is our key management process to impact motivation and performance of our people. We also believe in the development of our people. That is based on continuous cooperation, commitment and constructive dialogue. Therefore also Performance Management at Amer Sports is called ”Coaching for Success”.
Coaching for Success approach emphasizes on-going dialogue between the employee and the manager, which requires regular and constructive feedback as well as a formal annual review process. We have developed the approach continuously and provide local trainings to our people to support the effective implementation of the process.
