Strategic resource management plays a key role in our company and aims to develop organizational design, roles and responsibilities according to Amer Sports strategy. This creates opportunities for both organizational and personal growth. We are committed to utilizing existing workforce in our search for talent as well as external recruitments when our aim is to build capabilities.
Our people are located on all continents and regions, representing different cultures and backgrounds. In 2016, Amer Sports employed 8,526 people in 34 countries. Men represented 61% of Amer Sports’ employees and women 39%.
