Shareholder's change of address

Shareholders should notify the bank in which they have a book-entry securities account or the Finnish Central Securities Depository Ltd of any change in address. Unfortunately this information cannot be updated by Amer Sports.

Silent period

The silent period will start from closing of the accounts until the quarterly results are made public as follows:

• Start of the silent period: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
• End of the silent period: The results of the each respective quarter are made public
