Shareholders

At the close of 2008, Amer Sports Corporation had 12,320 registered shareholders. Each nominee registered is entered in the share register as one shareholder. 31.1 million or 42.6% (47.3%) of the Amer Sports’ shares were registered in the name of a ominee.
