Based on the proposal made by Amer Group Plc's Board of Directors, the record date for dividend payment is 16 March 1999. The Board of Directors proposes that the dividends be paid on 23 March 1999.
The Board of Directors proposes that a dividend of FIM 1.00 a share be paid for the 1998 financial year.
