Amer Group's 1998 results will be published on Thursday, 11 February 1999 and the 1998 annual report during the week beginning on 1 March.
The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Amer Group Plc will be held on Thursday, 11 March 1999 at 2:00 pm at the Company's headquarters in Helsinki. A company announcement on the resolutions will be published after the meeting.
The interim report for the period January to April will be published on Tuesday, 1 June and for the period January to August on Tuesday, 5 October 1999.
