Amer Sports Corporation Senior Vice President, Sales and Distribution, Kari Kauniskangas resigns

Mr. Kari Kauniskangas, Amer Sports Corporation's Senior Vice President of Sales and Distribution and Executive Board member, has resigned his position with Amer Sports at his own request. Kauniskangas shall continue at Amer Sports until the end of 2007, after which he will assume the position of President and CEO of Fiskars Corporation.

 

Kauniskangas will continue to be in charge of the Winter and Outdoor business organization until his employment at Amer Sports ends. As previously announced, the Amer Sports Sales and Channel Management unit will be lead by Mr. Thomas Ehrnrooth as of September 1, 2007.

 

Kari Kauniskangas began his career with Amer Group in 1984. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Distribution in 2004.
