Demand to convene an extraordinary general meeting

Novator Finland Oy owns directly 20.11% of total shares and votes of Amer Sports Corporation. In accordance with chapter 5, section 4 of the Finnish Companies Act (624/2006), Novator Finland Oy demands that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Amer Sports Corporation to be convened as soon as possible to elect a new board of directors for the company and to replace the members of the Board of Directors elected in the Annual General Meeting held on March 5, 2008.
