Amer Sports Corporation ("Company") has today requested the cancellation of the secondary listing of its fully paid-up ordinary shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority.
The cancellation is requested to become effective June 17, 2005. The Company's ordinary shares will be continued to be traded on the main list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
