Land and water technology foundation's holding in Amer Group

In compliance with the amendment of the Finnish Securities Market Act's Section 9 of Chapter 2, the Land and Water Technology Foundation has reported to Amer Group Plc and the Financial Supervision that the Land and Water Technology Foundation and Tukinvest Oy, a company in its direct control, on 1 April 1999 held a total of 1,323,339 Amer Group Plc's shares, representing 5.44% of the total share capital.

In compliance with the amendment of the Finnish Securities Market Act's Section 9 of Chapter 2, the Land and Water Technology Foundation has reported to Amer Group Plc and the Financial Supervision that the Land and Water Technology Foundation and Tukinvest Oy, a company in its direct control, on 1 April 1999 held a total of 1,323,339 Amer Group Plc's shares, representing 5.44% of the total share capital.

The said organisations' joint holding in Amer Group has, in fact, for a long time exceeded 5%. Their holdings were reported separately in the 1998 annual report.
