Amer Group: Fidelity's holding below 10 per cent

Pursuant the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 2:9), Amer Group Plc has been notified that Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries now own 9.51% of Amer Group's paid-up share capital and voting rights. Fidelity last reported that its holding exceeded 10% in June.
