Court of Appeal confirms sentence on Amer Group's board

The Helsinki Court of Appeal on 10 December 1999 confirmed the decision to sentence members of Amer Group's 1996 Board of Directors based on a Securities Markets offence. Members of the Board of Directors were sentenced to pay twenty day fines, as the company was found guilty of a delay in reporting its weakening performance. Fines were imposed on Pekka Kainulainen, Tauno Huhtala, Pekka Kainulainen, Olle Koskinen, Timo Maasilta, Timo Peltola and Raimo Taivalkoski.
