Helsinki, Finland

With over 75 years of Nordic heritage, Amer Sports is proudly rooted in Finland.
Our Helsinki office is home to several Group Functions, including Communications, Finance, HR, Legal, Sustainability, and Tax. Local brand teams from Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic are also based at the Helsinki office.
Conveniently located close to Helsinki’s city center, the office is easy to reach by bus, metro, tram, or bike. Scenic waterfront paths start just outside the building, offering popular walking and running routes. Helsinki Central Park, with its extensive forest trails, is only a short jog away.
Everyday life at the Helsinki office
Inside the office, we have open workspaces, meeting rooms, and brand showrooms. The flexible kitchen and event area is a great spot for meeting colleagues, and the small bouldering wall provides for energizing breaks. For cyclists and other active commuters, the office offers a secure bike storage area, showers, and changing rooms.
Located next to the lively Hakaniemi Market Square, the area also offers a wide selection of lunch restaurants within walking distance.
Throughout the year, we enjoy regular get-togethers, including our annual Christmas party, golf tournament, and town halls. Our casual Meet & Eat sessions offer a great chance to connect with colleagues over breakfast and hear updates from across teams.
On a weekly basis, you can take advantage of nearby gym access, tennis and golf slots, and morning runs with our running club.

“One of my key responsibilities is conducting on-site risk surveys at different locations. We assess how factors like environmental risks—such as earthquakes, floods, or changing climate conditions—affect our production and operations.”

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF a Senior Legal Counsel
Salla Turkkinen
“I start my day around 9 am and usually commute to the office, as I prefer the productive vibe it offers. After a quick check of overnight emails and setting priorities for the day, it’s time for coffee and a flexible to-do list.”
