Amer Sports recognized as a China Top Employer for second consecutive year

Amer Sports has been certified as a China Top Employer 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, a global authority that recognizes excellence in human resources practices. This marks the second consecutive year we have received this certification, underscoring our systematic progress and sustained commitment to talent development, organizational collaboration, and employee experience. The certification is based on a unified evaluation framework covering nearly 2,500 enterprises worldwide across multiple dimensions.
