Amer Sports appoints Andrew Page as new Group CFO

Effective April 20, 2023, Andrew Page is appointed as Group CFO of Amer Sports and as member of the Executive Committee. Andrew will report to Board Executive Director and CEO James Zheng.

Andrew brings with him three decades of finance and accounting leadership experience. He started his career in the Audit group at PwC, followed by Financial Controlling at GE, and served as Chief Accounting Officer for Under Armour. Most recently, he has served as CFO for Foot Locker. Andrew is an active sportsman and fan with a special passion for playing golf, biking, and coaching youth track and field.

Furthermore, Douglas Gilbert is appointed as Deputy CFO, SVP Group Finance, reporting to Andrew Page. Doug will continue to play a critical role in enabling the acceleration of Amer Sports and in providing continuity of finance leadership, operations, and governance. Doug will remain a member of the Executive Board.
