Together with our brands, we cooperate with several organizations to address sustainability issues in specific areas such as human rights, working conditions, and different environmental or product-related topics.

We believe that creating a more responsible world is a collective effort, which is why we prioritize partnerships. These engagements guide and drive our sustainability efforts in social and environmental areas, offering standards, collaboration opportunities, and knowledge sharing on topics we consider important.

Global Compact
The UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, supports businesses in aligning their strategies and operations with Ten Principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, as well as advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Communication on Progress (COP) is a key component of our commitment to the UN Global Compact.
Ellen MacArthur Foundation
Ellen MacArthur Foundation, an international charity that develops and promotes the circular economy to tackle some of the biggest challenges of our time, including climate change, biodiversity loss, waste, and pollution.
 
Our Membership of the Foundation’s Network enables us to participate in open discussions across industries allows us to participate in open discussions across industries, including with competitors and pioneers, facilitating an exchange of ideas and experiences.

Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC)
Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) is a multi-stakeholder organization, which has members from brands, suppliers, chemical suppliers, and different solutions providers that run the Roadmap to Zero Programme in the fashion industry to eliminate harmful chemicals from the global supply chain.
World Federation of Sporting Goods Industry (WFSGI)
The cooperation with WFSGI allows us to collaborate with industry peers to find common solutions on non-competitive issues, engage with industry leaders, engage and influence the industry direction, stay informed about the trends and news.
 
The Amer Sports Chief Operating Officer Michael Hauge Sørensen is a member of the WFSGI Board.
American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA)
 
American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA) is an industry association which represents apparel and footwear and other sewn products companies, and their suppliers which compete in the global market.
Cascale (formerly Sustainable Apparel Coalition)
Cascale (formerly Sustainable Apparel Coalition) is a multi-stakeholder initiative to measure and improve social and environmental sustainability performance.
 
Cascale has several tools to support companies in their sustainability journey, e.g., Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) which is a sustainability assessment tool that standardizes how facilities measure and evaluate their environmental performance.
Federation of the European Sporting goods Industry (FESI)
FESI represents the interests of the sporting goods industry in Europe, advances its members’ priorities and promotes initiatives that benefit the sector and society as a whole.

FESI facilitates cooperation of sporting goods companies on shared interests in e.g. trade and sustainability.
Circular Fashion Partnership through Global Fashion Agenda (GFA)
The Circular Fashion Partnership is a cross-sectional partnership which provides its members, including Peak Performance, the opportunity to achieve a long-term, scalable transition to a circular fashion system.

The Circular Fashion Partnership focuses on waste management in the supply chain in Bangladesh.
Better Buying
Cooperation with Better Buying drives continuous improvement in our procurement practices by building trust with suppliers. Better Buying’s goal is to support industry-wide transformation of purchasing practices using feedback data to help buyers fully understand the impact of their actions.

Better Buying collects feedback from our direct suppliers on the impact of our procurement practices. We and our suppliers work together with responsible purchasing practices to achieve shared goals.
