Code of Conduct

We want to do the right thing. Our Code of Conduct guides all our employees and everyone who works on our behalf.
To operate with integrity in a rapidly changing environment, we need common guidelines. The most important of these is our Code of Conduct which describes how we live our values every day. It guides the work of our employees and explains the principles under which we operate to external stakeholders.
In our Code of Conduct, we explain how we:
- conduct our business ethically
- report illegal or unethical behavior
- prevent harassment
- address conflicts of interest
- take the environment into account
- respect human and labor rights
- promote diversity, equity and inclusion
- promote safety at work
- comply with laws and regulations
- prevent fraud and protect our customers’ data
- protect our assets and proprietary information
- protect intellectual property, and
- prevent corruption and bribery.
All Amer Sports employees are expected to read and understand the Code and participate in the mandatory Code of Conduct e-learning. The e-learning program is available in 15 languages. The training is also an integral part of onboarding our new employees, who are required to complete it within two weeks of joining for office-based roles, and within three months for distribution center and manufacturing site employees.
